That home screen is from SPB Mobile Shell 3.5. It is arguably the most customizable UI for WinMo, but it isn't free. It can be included in a ROM, but you'd have to enter a valid serial number after the trial expires. Here's mine:


I want a calendar view big enough to see what's coming up, but I don't have that many appointments, so I don't want it taking up half my screen. I also shrank a lot of the other icons, so I have plenty of room at the bottom for more. Sadly, Calk's 6.5.1 roms cover the bottom buttons on SPB MS 3.5. Hopefully Calk's teaser screenshot means that he's got a 6.5.1 build that plays nice with Mobile Shell, but looking at it closely makes me think he's using one of the 6.5 61### builds. Maybe he's just adding MS3.5 to the kitchen.

i really want this upgrade..but uhh, i dont know which one to download there so many diff versions. Id like the Titanium Version

well, they all come with manila and titanium so run what you like. You can always download the kitchen and make what you like. I run a 20meg page pool and all minila with no titanuim apps installed. after install i have roughly 320megs of storage and im at 40% mem all day. Im sure you could cook it with a 6 meg pp and be just fine.

The trick that he said in a previous post is working fine. Did you try it?
From the \Windows\Startup folder, remove the link to positionfix or showcase suite.

Lucky for 40% memory... I am always running between 52-54%. I don't know what to try to lower this...

I cooked a 23060 rom whit the 10-3 kitchen and everything works but there is a problem with the dialer. I am using the version 3. Not tachi(which I hate btw) anyways everything is good with the dialer except when you try to get the dial pad from inside a call. When I hit the keypad soft key it brings up the options menu. The menu were you mute the call or record it etc. Anyway does anyone have a fix that will remap the buttons correctly. Keypad on one side and options on the other?

Im currently using 23060 (precooked) and i am not having that as an issue.

I really loved Mobile shell for a while with its superior launcher, fb picture import for contacts but in the end tf3d beats it by far with sms/email preview, weather, music and stocks tab. MS's android llike widget interace is a good idea but very poorly executed, too few and not polished at all.
