I Got it ! That rgu helped, I don't know why it didn't cook, maybe I just backed up the original and forgot to put it in, Device name in the kitchen is set to "DeviceName"="DSK8:" change that to 7

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\USB\FunctionDrivers\Mass_Storage_Class]
   "Dll"="USBMSFN.dll"
   "InterfaceSubClass"=dword:06
   "InterfaceProtocol"=dword:50
   "Removable"=dword:1
   "FriendlyName"="Mass Storage"
   "idVendor"=dword:0BB4
   "Manufacturer"="HTC"
   "Product"="Storage"
   "bcdDevice"=dword:0
   "DeviceName"="DSK7:"
   "idProduct"=dword:0C2C
   "DeviceName"="DSK7:"

The rgu I posted was if you wanted to cook in the tachi dialer and have the "usb to pc" actually work as a "disk drive". If you don't intend to cook in the tachi dialer the other rgu's resolve the dsk7, idVendor & idProduct issues. Just not with tachi dialer cooked in.

Perfect! That worked for me.
I exported the key if anyone wants a lazy fix.

I'm pretty sure this is an iDialer issue...for some reason it has problems supporting cdma phones...i forget where i read it though...or maybe im thinking of OneDial
