I keep getting to the first boot screen then the touch pad around the scroll pad lights up and it doesnt boot.

My bugs (with a kitchen 1.7 build):

Hangs on PRL and Profile updates. (I am sprint)
Picures for phone contacts are warped (widened). When i try to switch to the large picture profile (vs. default), it crashes everytime. Not that I want large, but I wanted to see if it was warped like the default.

i had that problem, kinda, i got to customizations and it wouldnt run...i rebuilt and it worked fine after a hard reset.

I'm no help at all in this case, but in a rom I cooked where I selected fingerkb as my sip same thing happened, so it is definitely not you... When selected as default I couldn't turn off the stupid t9 no matter what...



I just cooked with 1.7 (Sprint Carrier, Update Profile doesn't work either, however Internet was working at first)... And now that someone else mentioned having no Internet... I don't have Internet...


Edit: After a soft reboot it works... So it might be something killing the connection... Someone suggested the titanium weather?

I switched to 6.5 and titanium because SPB was draining my battery... And I do like it... But I hate HATE the ridiculous start menu... Way to do something completely useless, no sorting of any kind, no latest apps used on top... What a complete waste... I wish there was a way to go back to 6.1 start menu and also to the 6.1 style for the settings...

Edit: I just saw that there is an option to "send to top"... I don't know what I'll do with so many options to customize. ¬¬


By the way my rant is not about the kitchen (Thanks Calkulin), which is marvelous... It's about Windows.

whenever i press the right softkey, for example, in the "file explorer" i get the old 6.1 menu, what setting is this to get the 6.5 menu back?

Maybe someone knows the answer to this one since I've run into a wall with it. I'm using the latest TP2 6.1 ROM, and was wondering if anyone has a WORKING version of World Card Mobile. All the versions I've tried so far don't launch. You tap the icon... nothing happens. Am I missing a needed component? .NET 3.5 is already in the ROM, so what else could it need, or is there a version that's confirmed working with this TP2 ROM?

I installed the htc dialer cab on to the 6.5 rom but it still has the microsoft dialer. how do I change it to the htc dialer?

Take the OEM copy and paste into the \Windows folder on yer Device....

Copy "BCR.exe" and "Paste shortcut" in Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
