Now I just need to figure out how to get rid of the little white pop up box that shows me that I'm connecting to the comp usb... I either have hide status or cancel.

Also does anyone know why I don't have the menu enhancements for 6.5? When I had Juicy's rom everything seemed a little cleaner. Like File explorer for example had a nice almost 3-D looking bar that highlighted your selection as well as the menus for when you would select something. I know it wasn't toucflo related because I had it disabled with Juicy's rom. Was there something in the kitchen I missed? I though it was stock?

Finally, I'm a little OCD here, but a nice feature was when a call would connect it would vibrate. I went through the comm manager and tried to select it, however it would just take me to phone settings and wouldn't turn the feature on...

Hmmm, yeah, the vibrate when connection is made is missing and the setting to reject phone call with a text message is also missing...

I would like to get that back... As well as the cleaner menus. Would like to loose the connection pop up, but I can live with that. Would've thought that would have been a reg edit?

Are you using the kitchen or ROM?

In 6.5, if the HTC dialer is disabled, volume control is also disabled because it doesn't work right with the 6.5 dialer, so if you want to use it, uncheck Disable HTC Phone Skin in the tweaks section. On the missing volume control icon, that happened after flashing or did you install something and that happened?

this happend after, like i said, what i did was i wasnt getting my htc volume control to work (i had a volume icon in my taskbar then), then i found the setting in s2u2 to enable the "volume control" (dont know if by me enableing this helped getting my HTC VOLUME CONTROL app working, but after i checked this, thats when i started to not get an icon in my taskbar....by the way, i havent installed anything!

Calkulin, I dl'd your 6.5 kitchen rom and system for build 21501 for the touch pro and when I run build os for a rom when it is done then when it gets to the point where I can flash it my phone won't boot past the initial touch pro screen. Then if I try to use buildos with package tools I get error message that I need administrative privileges to run this app. How can I run this?

is there a list of what each file in the kitchen does? im trying to change the boot sequence, like the screen that says touch pro and has the start up animation, but i can not find where those files are

also, how do you change the default background? i replaced the jpg in the oem>oemmisc folder but it didnt work...do i need to rename it?

edit: tried renaming the image, and didnt work....

I had cooked and flashed with the 1.6.2 kitchen...found that the shift key and the fn key does not work...on the hard keyboard. Is there a registry fix? Or is it a build issue?
