Name your first image SprintStartup.gif, and then your second image welcomehead2.192.png, and copy them to windows folder.

Thanks, but I did that and your splash screens still show up. If your splash screens were named that wouldnt it ask me to overwrite? I did put them in the root dir of windows.. Anyways, Hey man you dont need to waste any more of your time on me Im sure you have some real problems to work on.lol. Thanks for your time!

Best way to figure this out is to copy all the .gif files in the windows directory onto your computer. Find out which one is the startup .gif, rename the file you want to that file name, then overwrite it on your phone. Should work just fine!

No problem. It changed from sprintstartup.gif to htcanimationstartup.gif once you ran the cab file I posted.

ok maybe the .jpg at the end wont work because its already .jpd, so erase .jpg from both and then overwrite.

those are the tweaks, you can use total commander to adjust those.

Does anyone know what tool I could use to benchmark this ROM...I am running this ROM on my wife's TP and she LOVES it...I love 3.0, 2.9, 2.8...I just love these ROM's and would like to benchmark it.

Hmm not sure what you mean by benchmarking, its a word of many definitions, could you please give me more details on what exactly your trying to do.
