I called alltel about this this morning cause they use sprints net and they said that the network was down due to repairs. I flashed a different rom and just went back to meridin's and now it is working fine. So try to reflash to it

the last time this happened, reverting back to Stock didn't do anything. i had to perform a system reset with the help of Sprint

i'm going to flash back to stock and see if they fixes the problem. if it does, i'll flash back to Merdins.


EDIT. Flashed back to Stock and internet is working now. i'm going to try reflashing Merdins now.

I did what you did, and its still not working grrr ... oh and I am going to put the original rom back on so sprint gets it without Merdins ROM, not to fix it.

By the way, this ROM is bad ***, fix this issue and you got a winner !!!!!

My data works fine and all that, but I'm having an issue with the weather tab as well. At first, it would just crash regardless. Then installed and tried to add my city via weather database editor, as the person above did. Well, the tab stopped crashing, but my city wasn't there. So, i reinstalled and went back to the weather tab, didn't crash at first, but when i click "United States" it crashes. anyone found a way around this yet?

Also, someone called me and my ringer didn't go off, so i guess i also have that problem

And one other quick question; I really like the messaging thing that comes up when you click one of the 25 face texts on the TF3D messaging tab. It's the only one i've seen that doesn't have any lag getting the inputs onto the screen. However, if I click All Messages to text someone that hasn't texted me recently, it brings up the old texting screen, which does have lag getting the inputs on the screen. Is there anyway to make it always come up as the new one?

I am also having the ringtone problem same as in 3.9. when you go to phone options and try to change ringtones it says they are all corrupted and the tabs for other phone options disappear sometimes. In 3.9 a soft reset would fix the ring for a while I cannot get it to ring at all so far on this one. Everthing else seems to working great. Is everyone having a ring problem or is it isolated to a few?
EDIT: Ok I hard reset and got it to ring a few times then it quit. But soft reset fixes it now.

ok so like I said I flashed several roms before coming back just to see if it was a rom problem or a network problem on my end and when i came back everything I had issues with works now. I do not have an issue at all with this rom at this point. Merdin you rock brother keep up the amazing work. you are lightyears ahead of everyone from what I can tell.

guys since I had nothing to lose with a new phone on the way, I simply REINSTALLED Merdins ROM again .. and funny "THE INTERNET IS WORKING THIS TIME"
