ahhhhhhhh back to the PPCKitchen for me.... I'm gonna take a shot at SYS 21806 implanted into PPCK. The PPCK is where I started cooking roms at!!! back when I had my old xv6700! That phone is still working, just broke the touch input on it.... oh well. TP all the way for now! Here goes...... I'll post feedback if any!

I have been trying to cook a 6.5 ROM with the HTC Touch Flow interface, however I just cant seem to make it work. After the flash I get the new Windows Mobile interface and not the touch flow. Can anyone help me, what am I doing wrong? If need be I will stick with WM6.1 to keep the Touch Flow interface, but I love the new start menu layout from WM6.5

You would have to flash a new Rom with 6.5 built into it. Such as Mighty Rom, Juicy Etc etc, If you have not done so you will need to unlock your Tp. Search for Hard Spl I believe thats the name. After that since this is your first time flashing I would persoanlly suggest downloading Mighty Rom 5 since this is your first time he has made flashing your Rom into a simple binary file (EXE) that you can plug your TP into active sync and the exe will do the rest.

Here's the link to unlock your T.P: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503
