Ok after trying for hours I finally figured out how to do it.
1. Put your phone in boot loader mode.(hold volume down and power at the same time and press the reset button) 2. Disable USB connections in WMDC. 3. Connect your device and allow windows to install the driver. (you might have to get a windows update to get the latest driver this in important!!!) The driver should be signed as "Microsoft Corporation" NOT "Microsoft" 4. Unplug the device. 5. Turn your device back on in regular mode. Then disable "advanced network functionality" in activesync. (this can be found in the USB-to-PC option under connections) 6. Plug the device back in while in regular mode. 7. Let the device connect and the Flash away!!! Hope that this helps anyone else that is stuck in the same boat that I was.

I GOT IT...The frame rate reduction is coming from my 4GB sd card being inserted. When removed, it is crazy smooth, any reason why the SD card would effect the system speed? Constant reading maybe?
EDIT: SO SORRY!!! Wrong thread, delete if possible...lol

I'd like to place a few different cutom roms on my microsd card. I've currently created a folder named "custom roms" then a folder for Juggalo's rom and Merdin's. After copying/extracting their roms into their respective folders, how can I reflash from the card w/out having to have Activesync running?

when i downlad the ruu and put it in the desktop it wont open it opens into a bunch of diffrent files?

When I unzip and try to run the file, I get an application error that says the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Is it a problem with my computer or is the file messed up? Ive tried re-downloading it

Can anybody help me out? If it's possible, I'd like to put custom roms on my storage card, and if/when I feel like trying out a different one, I can just do it from the card instead of having to wait until I get home and do it from the PC.
