well... that's a difficult question to answer... for the most part I search at the SYS and OEM folders for something pertaining to the application I don't want. This is usually a shortcut or an exe. Then I hope that the app is contained in it's own folder and not the OEM\OEMAPPS folder. If it's alone, I delete the whole folder. If it's not I usually delete the exe and shortcut. I know the exes and shortcuts aren't the storage space hogs (images and sounds usually are), but it's better than nothing. Be careful though, don't delete something if you don't know EXACTLY what program(s) use it.
