I waited like about 5 mins do I need to just leave it for a while?
The hanging on the touch pro screen is normal. It says it on the very last line of the read-me file for the kitchen.

Tell you the truth, not sure if eRice puts in battery/performance tweaks. I just used Advanced Config to tweak my settings and exported the provxl. There is an entry in my SDConfig.txt to install that xml file at the end of UC. I kinda like have a separate "config" file. You also may want to cook a bare bones ROM and only cook the apps that haven't been upgraded in a while. The rest of your cabs can be installled during UC. This way when a new version of an app comes out, all you gotta do is uninstall, install, drop the cab on your sd card, make/modify and entry in your SDConfig.txt, and you are set for the next hard reset. Make sense? If you dont mind, hit the Thanks button

It is normal, but I don't think they should be at that screen for more than five mins (but you never know). Another possibility is choosing the wrong Carrier in the kitchen. The default is sprint... make sure you pick the right one.

Tried it again and Never could get it to work. I let it stand around for 30 mins or so and still didnt leave the HTC pro screen. I then tried soft reseting and left it for another 15 mins or so and nothing ever happened. I just left the default selections since I am on sprint. Flashed it multiple times and nada. Currently running a build I made using kitchen. Windows 6.5 seems to be running ok for the most part but some sluggishness

Do you happen to be adding in a provxml file named something along the lines of mxipupdate_oemoperators_104.provxml when you customized your kitchen? If you are, try naming it mxip_zzzmyProv_999.xml. You don't want it interfering with the Sprint stuff that gets changed when there is an update to the package that contains them.... look at this link... http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms889522.aspx
