That might make sense if you were using the HTC dialer, but for those that are not including it (and sticking with the windows dialer), it would not make sense. You are suggesting that MS functionality is broken out of the box and that it takes a 3rd party dll to resolve. Again, makes sense if you are using a 3rd party dialer from the get-go, otherwise, no... makes no sense. I am using the MS dialer because i need the lock functionality to work (it is flakey if you dont use the MS dialer).
