At first I got connection error 260
but everything got fixed after the BL mode driver installed after that thing went pretty straight forward thank you CMONEX!

Tried reinstall the Stock Verizon ROM from November, RUU hangs on this as well ...
I didn't pay attention to see if the replacement phone came with .35 and was updated to .40 when I installed the MR1 update, or if it came with .40 to begin with

Looks like Verizon needs a new unlocker if you have .40 ...

UPDATE: I used the instructions to do a flash from the SD card and it worked!!!

Hi. Another noob here.
i want to flash to mightymike/silence's rom (june 21) and i am in the process of unlocking my tp(raph800). I am using ur tutorial (Touch Pro CDMA Hard-SPL brought to you by CDMA Raphael Elite Team) for unlocking my device. i have the hspl.037 that i think i should be using but then i don't get ur 4th note up there...

i am confused...
please help!

edit: one more question. i have build 19965.1.2.3 on my stock rom and i wanna download a backup stock rom just in case. which one is the right version to download from your site?

Verified rawdikrik's fix in post 370. Memory Card needs to be REMOVED for the unlocker to work. This should fix the 262 connection error

I have a Alltel TP and I was going back to get a replacement since my keybaord was broke so I flashed to a stock ROM and locked it back. After I did this, It only goes back to the 3 color screen and won't do anything. I relocked it by doing the install via SD card since none of my computers have ever read my phone to do updates but it has read it for active sync type things. Now when I try to unlock it again to get the ROM back on it I get a Communications ERROR 262. This is the same thing that occured before i unlocked it the first time but at least then I had a ROM to load.

I did notice that I get a windows error "Host Process for Windows Services stopped working and was closed" AFTER it reads the info in the phone. On the unlocker it lets me continue and try to update the phone but never gets past 0% on the phone and also on the computer.

Any help?
