I can no longer unlock it seems. Haven't tried the SD card method yet. Dont have one on me to use.

I keep getting connection errors.

You know, I did the same stupid move earlier today, and I am stuck on trying to re-unlock my sprint TP. If I manually get to the boot screen and connect the usb it shows usb when I run the ruu update utility it just hangs on 0% (I left it there for over 30 min to try to fix it) when I try to set up the device to activesync it just sits on the gray LOADING screen. I have tried and tried to re-unlock my phone but no luck. Can anybody help...... The error I am getting is 206: Connection

edit: now I am getting error: 262 upgrade error

Well mike mine worked without a hitch using my microSD card. (I did have to empty it, format it to FAT32 and then fill it back up again).

Kind of a hassle, but it worked just fine and I'm unlocked again and have Energy ROM successfully loading now.

Not really bad news at all. FAT is only usable on volume sizes up to 2GB (Which is what my microSD is). If you have an 8GB card you are already formatted in FAT32 (unless you yourself changed it to NTFS or exFAT).

Since you're already in FAT32, just follow the "unlock via SD" post on the main CDMA Touch Pro area and you'll be good to go.

You'll just put the unlocker on the root of the SD card. It wont erase anything promise

Ya I understand that, i unlocked using the SD card the first time. So, I'm not worried about losing anything on the card..... I just got home so I am gonna format the card that came with the phone and start over again.....

Thanx, it worked on the spare card. I was trying with the 8 GB but unlocking from SD didn't work. So when I formated the spare and ran the unlock it worked perfect. I think the first problem was the 8 GB card. Now I am removing all 5.95 GB of stuff off my card and will reformat it in fat32, all though I thought it already was, considering the card was orginally with my vogue and I remember to get it to work I had to format it in fat32 but none the less, I will be reformatting the card now. Thanx again rune-san

Do you just want to keep it stock, or you want to flash a custom rom from here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=68?
If you want a custom rom, follow the first post of this thread to unlock it. Then, once it's unlocked post back and we'll help you find a custom rom and flash it.

The tri color boot screen reports that my phone is "Security Unlocked".

I've tried soft resetting it, hard resetting it, locking it, unlocking it, flashing from the storage card, and nothing will get past the "Loading..." screen. Did a few searches here and xda, but I didn't see anyone with this problem on the touch pro.

I have the HTC Touch Pro, Raphael 800, Sprint branded with stock rom. Any help or a link in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I had a similar situation and finally unlocked my Sprint HTC Touch Pro. I had my original TP for only 2 or 3 months when it fell into a stream while hiking. It came back without blutooth or wifi working so I decided to get a replacement. I tried following all the steps in post #1 to no avail. It finally hit me .... here are the steps that worked for me.

1. Save Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.exe into a folder on my desktop (it's easier to find that way).
2. Run Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.exe (from the folder on the desktop).
3. My TP was in that endless "Loading ..." gray screen. This is not good.
4. Soft reset my TP (stylus in the little hole on the bottom of the TP).
5. Copy SSPL-Manual.exe to the "My Documents" folder on my TP (in main memory -- not the SD card).
6. Go to the folder on my desktop that contains Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.exe and locate the RUU_Signed.nbh file.
7. Copy RUU_Signed.nbh and rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh.
8. Copy the new RAPHIMG.nbh to the root folder on my SD card (my directory is "\Storage Card").
9. Disconnect the USB cable to my TP. I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I did it.
10. On my TP, I went opened file explorer and navigated to the "My Documents" folder (from step 5).
11. Run SSPL-Manual.exe and follow the steps. I believe I had to hit the power button to complete it.

After all that I went into bootloader mode (volume down + power + stylus on the soft reset hole) to verify that it had that cym... at the end of 37.

After about 5 hours of searching, trying, cursing, etc. .... I was glad to finally unlock it. I hope this helps someone else. These forums are a life saver for me!
