Here are my exact steps:

1) establish activesync, make sure it's not actually synching files
2) Run wrapper program
3) next/next
4) Current image: 1.03... update to 0.37hspl. Next, next
5) Progress bar on computer screen stays at 0 for a while... then phone goes into SPL-0.25.C-SSPL boot loader screen
6) After a little while, error 266: update error

Have you followed the "Preparation" and "Instructions" in post #1? Also, try unchecking and checking that box under Activesync in the usb to pc settings while synced. then retry.

Yup, tried all that. Have MSCF installed, no AV running, checkbox not checked...

Im trying to get everything back to stock mode, so, I flashed the stock ROM first then I relocked the phone using the relocker but when i go to the bootloader menu it still says "Security Unlocked". The SPL did change to "SPL-0.37.0000". Is this normal or am i doing something wrong? I couldve sworn that the security had to be locked. If so, HOW?

Hey guys...been on Mighty 5 for about 4 days and all is smooth. It did take about 1 day to get it loaded thought - Yes I am technically illiterate. The instructions are quite clear, but there are two additions I would suggest.

1. Indicate in the instructions that once you run the unlocker you do not have to do the RUU thing - the setup does that for you. I spent hours trying to get to that dang file.

2. If you already have microsoft active sync on your computer AND are using it to sync with an exchange server - you need to delete any and all server related "stuff" from microsync before you can successfully run the unlockers or anything else. I spent hours on this before I had an epiphy and realized that the thing was trying to synce with echange before the PC. Once I did that - it was smooth sailing!!!

For the noobs! you can do this...I did. Have even managed to load a couple cab .files

Whats all the talk about titanium and chrome????

Lastly, Mike - thank you for making this easy. I work with programers all the time and you have taken something that would normally difficult and made it easy!

FYI...loaded a couple game cabs, one fo the color deals from the front page, and load and unladed the calender + deal....thanks to all.

It always says Security Unlocked. You're good to go.

a kitchen is for cooking a rom. Has nothing to do with flashing your phone to cricket. You have to reprogram a phone for it to work on a different carrier. Interesting issue. My TP's touch screen went crazy on me, turning colors and wouldn't work, so I sent it in under warranty. The replacement won't unlock. It gets to loading. . . after flashing the red green and blue screen very quickly and then stays on loading. . . It reboots and is fine, but whoooa. . . why no unlocking. Anyone else have this problem?
