I've tried to run this installer a couple of times. Almost as soon as my screen goes tri color, Active Sync disconnects and then an error pops up in the installer saying the USB connection was lost and the installer still shows 0% complete. Your not suppose to get any error message. Which file in post #1 are you using? Have you tried this? start-settings-connections-usb to pc, then uncheck the box under activesync. then try it again

I tried running the SSPLManual.exe file and then running the ROMUpdateUtility after it goes into the bootloader, but the RUU just errors out that it can't connect.

Any ideas?
