I think that could is really the keyword...
I tried to update PRL and I tested all radios available in the radio thread and My Lcoation is still reporting a location like 2h30 away from where I am. nevermind, I setup my real location manually and everything is fine!!

I have a basic question. Say I am in an hospital and I want to turn the phone services off but without closing the unit completely so I can play games or other things that do not need the cell networks, what is the easiest and fastest way to do that and to go back and forth (on/off)??

Friggin wanna be hipster doofuses. Or is the plural doofi? Either way, everyone needs to quit getting so testy over this. I would hate for the stupidity to keep the SKI-man from "dropping the next joint", or whatever the correct bad-ass term is, Brah.

Revolve on that one.

gorocket:
If you go to settings>communications>airplane mode (turn it to on)
if there is no airplane mode, there should be a 'phone' one, which you turn to 'off'. Either way, the phone will stay on, but turn off cell connections.
Hope that helps

Thanks. I found the screen I was looking for. I used this screen in the past but I didn't remember how to get to it. I know it was a very basic question. I think it is time to sleep when I don't remember where to find basic things like that...

Yeah, I don't know why people get so angry here either. We are all here to use these great ROMs, for FREE, and to help each other out with problems. It sucks when people get attitudes over stuff here.

Maybe this link will help some of the noobs and maybe some of us who have been around a little while. It is a step by step on how to SEARCH THE THREAD for anything. It is from a noob over in NRG's forum...

Anyone know how to get rid of this? Start menu works fine in landscape and I'd rather not hard reset...

Ugh, I'm not at 10 posts yet so I can't post images. here's a copy paste link

www adrsoft com /temp/spatt/Screen02.png

basically a smeary start menu that's next to impossible to use.

You may have figured this out but usually a smeared Start=hard reset.
ahuskins attributes it to your theme getting changed (even if you didnt do it intentially). Possibly a mod that was made or another program did it. Hopefuly you got it fixed.

@ ALL

ahuskins is still working on a new build for us. Hang in there.
