i know its not what u want, but IMAP works flawlessly, so you can resort to that if you dont have any luck.

Gmail through ActiveSync does work, it just takes a little longer for the new emails to sync, around 2-3 minutes. Contacts and calendar does sync ok as well.

No I don't believe so. When I looked at the ROM after initial flash it didn't have it. Not an issue I just have Sashimi install it. I believe that is why its left out, its easy to install. I don't believe all the hype that its soo much better cooked in.

Is there a way to put sound when tapping the onscreen full qwerty keyboard?

Thanks

Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM Build 011010 CE OS 5.2.28011 M2.5/M2.1 - Sashimi Compliant

On the GSM Touch Pro of one of my friend, I saw a lockscreen that I am interested in. I am unable to find what it is. It is a lockscreen that when the phone is locked, you see the manila interface with the clock and small icons indicating the number of missed calls, text messages and emails. At the bottom, there is a slider to unlock in place of the manila slider and WM buttons. Someone is able to tell me what I am talking about?? Is it possible to install this in this ROM?

Thanks.

This will most likely break any modifications you have made to the home screen. This includes Max Manila. I like it too but it won't work.

Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM Build 011010 CE OS 5.2.28011 M2.5/M2.1 - Sashimi Compliant

awesome work on the rom

Im running the 011010 max dusk version and running into low on memory problems. Im running a vzw htc touch pro. ive tried reflashing with 4,6,8,12 and 16 mb page pools. Im running the 4mb PP right now and seems to be working untill i open skyfire or any other large app. after a fresh reboot i have around 30mb free of program memory. Anyone know if messing with the page pool will help? i get more program memory the lower i go but still seems to get low on memory errors.

Ya, if you're on M2.5, go to Settings -> Locale & Text -> Text Input and it's an option called Typing sound.

Ok. Thanks a lot. Maybe I'll test it but if it breaks something, I'm really not sure that I will keep it. I want to live on the edge and use new things but I want things that works all together. That's what I like with this ROM. Most parts of the ROM are working out of the box.

Thanks
