the send button is the text symbol next to the text entry box. it doesn't say *send* so some might miss that.

I am getting the same problem. The weather tab cannot initialize a data connection. However, if another program has started the data connection, the weather tab will update. Anyone has any idea about this? Thanks.

I'll check and sometimes mine has updated, sometimes it's been hours. I have it set to every 15 minutes. I did figure out that the weather simply will not initiate a data connection. The old TF3d, if I remember right, had an option that (I'm paraphrasing here) said "update when a data connetion present. Or something like that. Possible that was built in to the 6.5's? Since I've updated away from 6.1, I've NEVER had the weather initiate a data connection. Not once.

If I want an update and the data isn't active, I've just gotten used to hitting the launch browser, then just killing it right away. Yea, I know, I can initiate a data connection is settings, but hitting Opera on my quicklinks is just a habit now.

Hmmm, maybe I can set up a quicklink to a data session....

Off to play some more!

Well the exact Album version would be a question for him. I *think* he may have switched versions due to a video MMS issue. Could you send video MMS on the build you didnt have issues with?
Yes, you should be able to install a different version on your own. But get the version used from him so you can make sure you're not installing the same one [/QUOTE]

Yeah, I had no video mms with the previous build. If having this album problem means I can send video, I will just deal with the album problems. Would rather have the video since there are other ways to view pictures.

Not that you would add this into a ROM but this looks to be very angry!

Yep, been futzing around with Android a bit lately. Android for the TP is pretty decent but it still has holes in it. I do recommend giving it a go thiough; just to try something different. It will take some trial and error to get it to work correctly and that is always a worthy challenge.
One piece of advice: use a totally blank SD card formatted Fat32.

Quick question, I know this has been answered in this thread before, but I'm not sure what words I'd search for.

How do I get rid of the double house image on the TF3D bar for Sense 2.1?

There is a transparent slider cab out there that takes care of it. Try searching that and it should pop up.

Try the fix in this link. I believe all it does is remove the icon that sits atop the slider.

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=97345

Sense 2.5 Icon overlay fix is what I searched for to bring up that link, in case you wanted to hunt around some more.
