While I dont think that cab has a THING to do with your issue, if you are trying to troubleshoot the ROM then it's best to hold off on mods till you are sure the ROM is running as it should, then add mods slowly. Just sayin', I've driven myself nuts trying to pinpoint a problem (not rootROM) while making mods, not gouda

Couldn't send test message directly fm contacts, had to select msg tab fm main screen then send msg.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong????

To see the Messaging mod you have to go access the bare bones WM messaging.
Go to the messaging tab, select All Messages then pick a convo, you should see the mod then.
I just went to a contact file, slid over to messaging and sent a txt no problem.
