Most programs will close when you just tap the X in the lower corner. Their are a few that don't like the facebook app (if you use it). After a while I just know which ones close and which ones don't and every so often I check task manager to see whats running.

BTW don't hold the X that minimizes the app just tap it, just a little tappity, tap, tap (sorry that's from a movie Happy Gilmore)

There should be a NEW GoldRoot and Titanium Root up later tonight as well.
2.1 Roms may be in a day to a few days.
I have to update my 2.1 Kitchen before building NEW roms there.

Probably going to discontinue RootRom and DarkRoot in favor of the MaxCombo versions of those two.
They are basically the same roms with the Max option built in anyway.

My phone turned off very often by it self! Some body have this problem too?

I know zone responded but as another option--The hard back/arrow key closes most programs.
Also, QuickMenu is cooked in and is a great taskmanager, you just have to initiate it post flash (at least I did). Once running, tap the upper left corner to bring up the manager. Some people have trouble with the tap so try this-start off the screen and slide to the right across the strike zone, works like a charm for me.

Can anyone help me find the "update profile" option in the settings? I swapped my esn # to another phone and switched back to my touch pro with Root's rom and I lost my data connection. I need to update the profile and I went into start/settings/system and there is no option for /update profile.

Any help is appreciated!
