Go to Menu->Settings->Call Settings->Voice Mail Settings and change your voicemail number from *86 to your phone no. Hopefully that will do something...

EDIT, sent just fine for me anybody else exp. this?
I have been having this problem since RC6 (that's why I removed the rom). The problem I experienced happened when sending a long (more than one page) text message.

I am almost certain this is the same problem with RC7.

Re: [3-31-11][ROM] gingerbread-evo-deck [rc7][STABLE-ISM]

I am loving this new update.

GPS has been working well for me. I used it this morning to travel someplace and it picked me up quickly and stayed connected for the duration of the trip (45 mins).

I was upset that the Sprint VVM app was missing and used an APK along with my back up using the method mentioned in the first post but I kept getting a message that a mandatory update was available and everytime I tried to get the update, it would error (can;t remember the error) so I decided to go back to using my Google Voice account and have to say that I am happy I did.

I also love the honeybread theme and love that it is baked in this time so I don't have to load the APK but I thought the market looked out of place since it was still green so I found this zip file that changes the theme of the market to match more closely what we have in the theme. attached is a screen shot and the zip file (Credit to Pendo at XDA).
