everything working perfect, even market place download quick now, great rom, this is my favorite

Good to hear, to get even more out of it you can see my suggestions on the first post for it.

Most importantly, go into Spare Parts and turn both Window and Transition animations to "Fast" and I think you will enjoy the speed

Thanks ricsim for your ROM it looks great.
I'm downloading it right now gonna flash it this in the next few days.
But I was wondering if I can change the keyboard to the stock? I seem to have gotten used to the stock one.

The stock keyboard works when you load up the ROM. You have the option to use the stock keyboard or the HTC_IME MOD.

Please let me know what you think when you do.

can some one help me install the remove app from this rom that on my sd card/Azrael , i use root file explorer, but it say application not installed

Cant find the channel log for 2.3 , so i do not know if calk fix for the hotspot is built into 2.4 or do I need to install it from your download link..

Download 2.41 and it is included and already functioning, please see the list of changes on my first post.

I have a lot of success with Android Mate, great file manager, free in the Market.
You can also copy/paste the apk into data/app and reboot. That should do it.

EDIT:I can't seem to get apps to install either. Mainly trying Tester. Tried with Android Mate and tried copying into data/app and reboot. Neither worked. Also tried Sprint Nav. Tried on the stock kernel. I also tried with an apk that I had on my card but no luck there either.
I'll keep at it.....

noobie question. phone is rooted using unrevoked and then 1st flash with this rom. how i get get my win7 pc or win xp pc to connect via usb tethering? when i plug in the usb cable, i select usb tethering on the phone but the computer doesn't recognize it as internet sharing like my previous tp2. tia.
