Why wait til the 3rdwhen you can get the update through HTC now by using the HTC update in settings.
Another great job OMJ, so far your roms are the only one's I haven't had some sort of issue with everything seems to be working as it should on my phone.

I can confirm that voice dialing for bluetooth now works.

and thus, with a heavy heart, i switched back to OMJ 1.9. too many programs being blocked in the market with froyo. and with the loss of the droid X kb, it was a deal breaker. i played with froyo during the weekend and really didnt see a large enough difference between 2.1 and 2.2 to worry about it.

I can confirm netarachy's kernel got wireless tethering working for me
52-53 fps
Camera 3MP (for now)
Some users can just flash it. Some need a cache and dalvik wipe. I needed a full wipe (factory reset). Small price to pay IMO.

i'm thinking that most everyone are having the issues that mkc90 has mentioned above. perhaps the ones that aren't admitting it have simply been hypnotised by having froyo. it's been pretty amazing for me to read how so many people aren't having similar problems when i know for fact the market isn't behaving correcty. every site i've been to that mentions issues with froyo has posted issues with the market. i know many of the apps that i typically use, are not there now. even android online radio is missing along with many others.

Sure market doesn't work, why would it support a OS that isn't released yet?

i'm not entirely certain that it's as simple as that but perhaps.

The Market is because it doesn't recognize the build yet, the same thing happened when Froyo was leaked for the Nexus One.

You could edit your build.prop file and put in the old build number and everything showed up again.

Even after its officially launched it might take a week or two for everything to filter through the Market and show up again. With the Nexus One, I think we had to wait about two weeks after the official release.
