I'm fairly new to using kitchens, but I'm liking them so far : )

The only problem I'm running into right now is my phone settings have disappeared. The icon is not under Settings, and opening phone>menu>options does not bring it up either.

I'm running 28011 from the 1.6 kitchen, and copied the Manila 2.1 files from Calkulin's kitchen. Am I missing something, or is this in any way related to copying the Manila files?

Ive noticed this too, I tried to change a birthday that was off by one day and it wont save for me

yeah i'm experiencing the same problem. i can't set ringtones or change birthdays using manila contacts but if you use wm contacts then you can change them fine and they'll display the change in manila as well.

on another note something very wierd happened to me on my phone. for a period it seemed that ALL sounds weren't working on my phone even when i called the voicemail i heard nothing. so i missed many calls and texts while napping. i soft rested it twice. well i called back one of the numbers i missed and voila! the sound works again! so not sure if it's a sys, rom or just phone issue but yeah...great work by the way

is your rom from may latest v1.6 kitchen?

Ok so here is what I am doing, I click on a picture of one of my favorite people, it brings up their contact card and where it says "action" I press call mobile and it does nothing.

You are saying this should work and yours does work? I am using 21887 Sense 2.5 your lite version. Al the other buttons in there function properly, except phone calls.

well I am using 28014 w/ 2.5 but it should be the same.....1st off, clicking on their picture should call them, to view their contact u click their name. Yes, clicking "call mobile" calls them, on my phone.

I'll load up the lite version to verify I didnt miss anything, but I dont recall removing anything Sense related on the lite version.

I'm gonna take a wild guess & say you are using kitchen v1.5 from post #1? if so, I forgot to update the post, you should use v1.6.....even though I did not have the ringer issue on 28014 in kitchen 1.5.

1.I'm not sure exactly, I rarely add new contacts so I dont know if it's been going on all along.....I would guess it's sense 2.5 though.

2. depends on what you're cookin....If you're using my template, then taskmanager is in the upper right corner, but usually will only open if there is a program running.
