Thanks! I Cooked one earlier and changed the Album to 3.0, added Notification Announcement and about 4 other programs I like, and changed the Dialer Colors. Running Great So Far. Great Work!!!

cool....it's weird, last night the rom was smokin fast, this morning it was abit sluggish. After I ran CleanRAM, it recovered almost 9 MB, fast again

OMJ, I see a change log for 12/04, is there one for the 12/25 21887 release? (or a general 12/25 change log you applied globally to all builds)?

I was going to flash your 21887 but can wait for the next 6.5 build with a working ringer. thx as always.

for some reason, this v1.2 seems snappier than 1.1. Also, when clicking on a text, HTC is opening more consistently

a weird problem has popped in in the past couple days on my 28005 v1.2
whenever i turn off airplane mode, or reset phone as soon as phone comes up i get a pop up saying
"Your text message cannot be sent"
and i can see 'messaging' at top left of screen adn bottom bar is the start button, trashcan, the sip button, the menu button then the X button
but can still see the home screen (or whatever screen its on if coming out of airplane mode) in the background, as seen below...
can't get start menu to come up to take screen shot so i'm doing it manually with dig cam
i've tried clearing out all my sms's and it still does it, even though i haven't sent a txt in a long time

its 6.5.3, any 28xxx build is going to be 6.5.3 and any 21xxx build is 6.5


6.5.3 has been having those problems since 28005, I would reflash stock then try again, or if it is a problem others are reporting flash back to OMJs latest 28005 because I think that was the least buggy, smoothest 6.5.3 he has.

28014 is a 6.5.3 build, any 6.5.x build has the bigger lower buttons and start, X on the bottom left, as well as other changes.

21887 is a 6.5 build, it has standard buttons, X on the top right, and operates like you are used to having your WM operate, less buggy, but also not as "finger friendly" as 6.5.x


any 28xxx or 23xxx AFTER 23017 is 6.5.x

any 23xxx before 23017 or 21xxx is 6.5


edit: neither is "newer" or "better" both 6.5 and 6.5.x come out with new builds weekly, its a matter of preference. 6.5.x is more "finger friendly" because of bigger buttons, overall bigger menus, and things more arranged for tapping with finger. 6.5 isn't as "finger friendly" but is more stable and can support some UIs better like iphonetoday (if you like to play with that) and some hero and omnia today screens. so if you want stable go with 6.5, if you want "finger friendly" go with 6.5.x. speed and battery life differ with each build.

currently the best 6.5 build IMO is 21882, and the best 6.5.x build is 28002
