Find and install the sprint picture mail cab. It is the easiest way to get picture mail to work with htc messaging client. You might also be able to disable htc messaging client in the registry and then install arcsoft (though I have never tried this so am unsure if it would work).

To avoid that, you can cook it right into the ROM - no .CAB files necessary, hurray! See the .ERV file that I submitted a few posts up, compile that into a ROM, and you'll be good to go.

One more thing Guys, i got the internet working, google maps, weather , mms everything works, but no Opera, i have opera 9.7 and cant go online it says i dont have an internet connection, i installed Opera 10 says the same, but internet explorer works fine, it just Opera, ANY IDEA???? HELLLPPPPP!!!!

Did you enter your WEP Key correctly?

What WEP key? im not using wireless, im using the regular internet the one you setup WAP (wap.metropcs.net)

So if you're not using Wireless, I'm assuming you're connected through ActiveSync in USB? Do you have the correct USB Mode Engaged?

I installed the V3 6.5 21895 and it seems to be working well. I removed HTC Messaging and install ArcSoft MMS. Disabled Sense. Using SPB MS3.

Only thing I don't like so far is the keyboard must be old? I can't turn on Vibrate. I installed Fingerboard.

So far so good.
