Thanks for all your hard work!
let me know what s2a you are using and i can see how it works and possibly put it in the ROM.

battery is one of the main points i focused on with the rom. so yes, there's a lot i did to improve the battery, while still keeping the ROM able to have perks- like using autoupdates for email, quickgps and weather (ive seen roms that turn these off and then say their battery life is better, but youre losing that functionality). i know some roms will also include the hybrid ev/1x mode, which with heavy texting and low data usage will most likely give better battery life. but with us being on alltel we have RevA and if i were to incorporate that tweak we'd be forced to use Ev data (no more RevA), and to even get on EV we would have to toggle it first- otherwise we would be browsing on 1x which is SLOOOOW. so i like to keep the faster data functionality alltel gives us.

im pretty satisfied with the way the battery life is. i feel like for the way the hardware is on the diamond (im sure we've all had our diamond heat up a little), this ROMs battery life turns out to be pretty good.
