Hey AJM this is actually working very well for me since I found a place to get the cabs I like. I know your aiming for a cleaner rom than some but I had to add google maps/live search/fmradio/quickmenu/few others.

Big question though - where's my music tab? I tried to get tf3d config to add it but no dice. That's something I've always liked. any way to add it?

Also! calendar reminders are in military time? any way to change? and whenever I bring up my calendar it defaults to agenda view. I've set the options to day view and changed it to day view but it keeps resetting. Any perma fix?

EDIT: found the solution to the calendar startup issue on xda. involves editing tf3d using SSMaPa and removing a stray $ that is an argument in the app. It's on all the apps but causes problems on the calendar only.

still working on the music tab and military time notices. I did notice AjazingtonI's issue some but chalked it up to first-time using the camera on this phone. portrait shots were landscape and visa versa.

one thing that is kind of annoying with this ROM is that the pictures I have taken show up inverted; its not a huge deal just a little bit annoying

Will my Diamond and this ROM work on Verizon? I have heard different stories about this whole ordeal and am really dreading getting a new Verizon phone because i have no cash... I may end up with some free per contract phone! >.<

Not having this problem. On an earlier version of this ROM the ringtone would switch itself but never had any problems with answering phone calls, maybe try reflashing or a hard reset?

i notice that the slide2answer sometimes takes a second to answer. never noticed it w/ the hardware keys though, but i dont really answer calls with them too much. i can try out a few other versions of s2a and see how they work out.

im guessing that cab was qvga then? quarter vga, 1/4 the screen.... seems to make sense. youre gonna want to just search around for the original htc dialer. it should be out there.

if you are referring to the verizon takeover of alltel, you wont even need to get a new phone. im pretty sure that everyone's current alltel phones will work fine on verizon once there is officially no more alltel.

if youre referring to using my ROM on a verizon branded diamond, i would suggest trying out the verizon carrier cab by dcd.

i have been away from any computer basically since thursday, as ive just moved. but actually im going to be working tonight to hopefully get out a new 6.1, probably update to the new 6.1 sys/xip out (21051).

as for 6.5, im working with it... if you guys really want, i can release a beta that will be extremely basic (except for a nice WM dialer skin), but as functional as 6.5 currently allows.
