if you are talking about bottom left soft button within manila, thats an easy regedit:
in
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila
Value Name:
HomeLSKPath from \Windows\fexplore.exe to \Windows\cprog.exe
-and-
Value Name:
HomeLSKText from File Explorer to Phone
or you can use apps like diamondtweak to change it as well
