I dont have that much personal customizations, but I keep all my stuff in my server so it syncs up everything over the air contacts etc etc

got ya... after going back and reading and playing with WMP a bit I think its a WMP issue not your rom. without digging to deep probably some kind of memory issue. i'll see if it does it on another 6.5 rom in the morning and see if i can reproduce what its doing tonight on a different 6.5 rom.

Yes, which I applied a fix for in version 2.4 of my rom, but have not been able to get anyone to confirm that it worked for them... lol.
