Not exactly. The question was how to make a specific modiication. The guy needed to reduce to a kitchen to get to a solution, but that is incidental.

No. Dogguy for making a base is fine (sort of). Bepe for building is not fine. PPCkitchen is hands down better at building a ROM. Not that you can't do it using Bepe, it just is more cumbersome and has some serious quirks. It's the quirks that make it a poor choice for everyone, novice and expert alike. Add in PPCkitchen's additional features to the mix and it's a no brainer as to which people should use. The question(s) postulated in this thread being a good example.
