I'll have to look into anything that may be needed to have Telus users have more stable data connection. Thanks for the updates, keep up the reports to see where else I need to polish things. The YouTube no audio issue is a bit puzzling, if I could only replicate that problem with my phone I could be of better service but it works fine for me every time I flash.

Last thing I could recommend is flashing stock ROM, hard reset, flash back to custom rom and hard reset that also seems to clear strageness from flashing some custom ROMs or so it has been reported in many threads.

Sounds like a very hashed solution but its worth a try.

Another bug I notice:

When I navigate to the weather tab, the city I set sometimes shows with UNKNOWN IDS below the city name where it says "cloudy", "sunny", "rain", etc., with sunny icon, and sunny forecast for the next five day with lowest/highest both 0 degree...
When this happens, I have to manually going to right menu and use "update now" to get rid of the error...

I was having the bluetooth handsfree on standby again today, and battery starts running down like there's no tomorrow...I suspect the bluetooth driver need some optimization?
When the BT handsfree isn't on, the battery lasts quite well even leaving BT on...but once BT handsfree is discovered and on standby, the battery runs down at a rate of 10%/hr without using it at all...

Thanks for the BT update I'm working on revising the other issues right now and I'll hunt around for an updated Bluetooth driver. Give it a go when I put it back up and let me know how it goes. I don't have a BT headset to test with.

nTT, I have been using your rom for a couple days now and must say that i really enjoy it. I have flashed several roms from the wonderful cooks at geek, and your setup is great.

I would like to add that I as well have been unable to get youtube to work. videos download but wont play. additionally the keyboard doesnt pop up automatically when i go to send messages (this might be a carry over from having previously flashed mightymike's rom)

also, is the battery icon supposed to go down in 1% increments? i only see it drop by tens.

i'm gonna try flashing to the stock sprint rom and back to yours, with several hard resets in between, and i'll report if that helps the issues.

just wanted to contribute some feedback, since i cant contribute on the technical front. lookin forward to future releases ntt

Yes the battery is supposed to be 1% increments and white in color until it gets to 30% where it turns yellow and by 20% it turns red.

The keyboard not popping up automatically is intentional, it's a bit annoying when you are browsing apps and click a text box only to have the keyboard jam itself into view wich sometimes messes around with how some programs are displayed so I made the keyboard open/close manual.

Try the stock rom, hard reset paths and let me know how that changes things for you. I'm testing a new build as of yesterday night, I had my G/F change to Sprint and get a Diamond so now I have two phones to test with.

Ok, thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately the youtube error persists.

Steps I took -

1) I flashed the newer leaked sprint rom, tested youtube and it was working.
2) additional hard reset (youtube still works)
3) flashed ntt 1.1. Interestingly, at this point youtube DID work (fist pump in air)
4) flashed verizon radio (stock sprint rom package changed the radio to the new sprint radio)
5) additional hard reset (youtube still working)

now here's the part where it glitches again - i began installing a few cabs i run. first was touchpal, then galarm.

here youtube stops functioning again (fist out of air).

to test whether the apps have anything to do with it i flashed calk's latest rom, then installed all the apps I run, and youtube is running with no glitches.

Additionally, I have never seen a 1% decrease in the batter meter. the tiny numbers only decreased in 10 percent increments. not sure what that's related to, but for me its not a big issue, its nice just to have a little number on top of the icon

AND that's my report of trying the stock flash and re-flash method

Hmmm I just tried YouTube and it glitched for me as well. I'm gonna have to start a flashing party soon to test this out and get it fixed once and for all.
