So you all know that you can have touchflo loaded on your 6.5 right? but why would you? Yes I think the TF3D is nice but its limited by what 6.1 can do. So the TF3d is really nice to use but hampered by the non TF3d areas. WM6.5 is way more touch oriented, and i find works quite well. My guess is the frustration you are experiencing is one of change rather than practical.

Just my 2 cents tho!

Enjoy

I prefer the original titanium over the WM7 wide panel style. Will there be a way to use it (assuming you're changing it)?

I have a question! How do you use the 6.5 comm manager and not the htc comm manager??

If you are cooking your own ROM, probably by unchecking the 'Diamond/Touch Pro 2 Comm Manager' under Applications - System

no idea... but I have had 2 epic hard resets in the last hour... first time it hung on the com manager screen... i had to reset.. then stuck on boot screen....
2nd time i was trying to open contacts from the today screen... it hung like a donkey... reset then 10 minute pause at the htc boot screen (the one with the red writing at the bottom)..

that will probably learn me to not flash from stock rom... jebus.

not that any of you care but ill report back later.

Flashing to the shipped ROM before flashing to 6.5 (any custom ROM for that matter) will solve most of the issues you're having!

A lot of the freezing/hanging might be caused by the nueProcessor program. I had some problems with it set to 19 mhz, so I just changed it to 256 mhz on sleep and haven't had any problems since. It's still about half of the normal clock, so it might help with battery. Those with problems might want to try to disable it or make it so it does not go too low (it's under settings->system->processor).

That one's obvious. What about "Phone Canvas", "Phone Call Log", and "Phone Dialer"? Are those WM6.5 or TouchFlo options? I am trying to eliminate the HTC phone skins completely. I don't want to install "Disable HTC Phone Skin" when I can eliminate them all in the first place. I don't use BT so I don't think I need the HTC stuff at all.

Well by default the WM 6.5 dialer and canvas should be enabled. The HTC dialer/canvas has to be turned on manually right now (via system tools/phone). I don't think my call log has ever been skinned, Tflo just has its own call log if you access it through its frontend.
