2nd time i was trying to open contacts from the today screen... it hung like a donkey... reset then 10 minute pause at the htc boot screen (the one with the red writing at the bottom)..?

that will probably learn me to not flash from stock rom... jebus.

not that any of you care but ill report back later.

Flashing to the shipped ROM before flashing to 6.5 (any custom ROM for that matter) will solve most of the issues you're having!
