I am using the 4.3 beta and my SIP is still locking up a bit, but its not just the SIP. My phone will freeze entirely for 5 or 6 seconds while I am doing anything with it. Is there a fix for this? or is it being ironed out for the 4.3 final?

Active Sync issues can pretty much kill they joy for you. I wish I could help you with that one. I am using MDC with Win 7 and it seems to be working without issue. Are you on XP?

Is there a way to remove the transparency in the bottom slider of the XB HD manila? I dont really like the way the program icons, etc show thru it.

Drop this file in Windows directory or in the XBmod manila OEM folder
