Your not using Inbox Menu Extensibility are you? I didn't try the manila posted but if you don't use it, does it boot fully?

I just flashed again using the default selected manina and I am still with the same problem.

I'll list here what I am checking when building the kitchen, hopefully that will help us find out where the issue is.

All I see in the kitchen is OBEX Inbox and Outlook enhancement. Talking about either of these?

Check Calcu's advice and try reflashing the phone. Only this time you will have to leave the phone in bootload mode by pressing power and volume down and while holding press reset for like... 5 seconds.

You could also try the default settings of the kitchen just for testing purposes and try your settings later. Just to make sure there's nothing wrong with your files.

I cooked up a new one with a few items less. Everything works fine now but I don't have HTC black lol. My bars are green and I can't change em.

I would suggest selecting the items you want again and try it again. If you get the same problem let us know what you are selecting so we can analize it.

I have vista (and just click on kitchen.cmd without worrying about run as admin) and I click 1,1,1 and it always works for me. I don't know what package tools are ... if you don't have something like that, that's what the problem is.

I've tried all kitchens, and everytime I create your ROM I get the same issue with my Today screen... What can it be?
