How do I put this version of the manilla stock in the sys? Where can I find it?

LOL, Manila 2.1 is old news before it's even been ported. Manila 2.5 is the one to watch for:

Is there a registry setting for vibrate on connect? I enabled it in settings->phone->advanced and soft reset, but the vibrate on connect still isn't working. I've tried a couple of difference builds (21051 wm 6.1) with both tachi and the regular dialer with no result.

edit: I found an acceptable workaround on xda for this if anyone is interested - edit the registry and change the value of the following key to 1:

HKLM->Software->OEM->KeyState->UseService

Re: [ Jul 21 ] [ 23009 \ 21921 \ 21052 ] [ v5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen & ROMs

I used to change my lockscreen's background picture by overwriting the file back.png but now with 23009 sys I can't.
Why?

For those of us that don't want a buggy version of Rhodium, I don't see what's wrong with 2.1. 2.1 should be fast, stable and relatively bug-free. 2.5 has quite a ways to go. Worth watching, but definitely not worth skipping 2.1, imo.

Re: [ Jul 21 ] [ 23009 \ 21921 \ 21052 ] [ v5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen & ROMs

Here's a new start icon I made for the WM6.5. It looks nice with tsownes 3.1.x taskbars IMO. I tried making it into a folder that can go in the kitchen and be selected with buildOS, but I have not built a new rom just to test it...so it may or may not work right. If you just want the icon, just copy the shellres.192.dll.0409.mui file using TC or Resco Explorer to your /windows directory. Both the kitchen folder (goes in OEM directory) and file are in the .zip attached to this post. The icon came from a thread by m_carroll at XDA and he got it from a MS website .

Re: [ Jul 21 ] [ 23009 \ 21921 \ 21052 ] [ v5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen & ROMs

I tried searching for the answer to this but couldn't come up with anything. I am running a 6.5 ROM without Rhodium and am wondering if there is a way to disable the notifications that appear in the taskbar for email/text/voicemail. I prefer accessing these things through the 6.5 interface and would like to avoid having to view these other notifications just to dismiss them. BTW, I don't mean the "Display Message on Screen" option in the settings menu, I already have those unchecked. Thanks
