Hey Guys,

I wanted to try the new 21234 sys, so I down load the plain Calkulin's kitchen and put the sys and rom folders in it then copied my OEM folder into that kitchen. But with I run buidOS... I get an error "missing os.payload from rom folder". I checked the ROM folder and its there.

How do I fix it? What am I doing wrong?

I downloaded the blank kitchen again and it still done the same thing. I even used a working calk's kitchen and it still said the same. I don't think it a corrupt kitchen. I'm not doing some right or I have missed a step. Any suggestions?

I have a weird issue, wheneve i build a 6.5 rom, the scrolling is laggy. Its exactly how it is on 6.1... but when I press on the screen with my finger nail, it scrolls smoothly, like 6.5 should. I've tried using multiple kitchens and the only kitchen that the 6.5 scrolling worked on was 21501. But when i rebuilt with that kitchen, I had the same problem. I'm not sure what it causing this, any suggestions?

Are you cooking TouchFlo in your ROM? I believe that TouchFlo and WM6.5 scrolling conflict with each other. Leave TouchFlo out, if you haven't already.

No i have not left out touchflo, I would like to have rhodium in my rom though, is there a work around? thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it.

Try using the OEM's included in the kitchen before adding your own. See if you can build a rom that way then add your oem's back into calc's oem folder. Just a thought.

I've never used the "base kitchen." Sorry for the misunderstanding. I've always used his most current kitchen...in this case, the 21232 kitchen. I just remove or rename the rom and sys files then put in the 21234 sys and rom. I hope this helps.

Anyone know anything about this error:

"error building default.hv and user.hv!"
