Anyone have an idea what is going on with the ringer bug issue? Is there an older system that does not have this bug? I have mad several ROMs with Calkulins newest kitchen and ALL of them have the bug! Oh nevermind I guess I should've read a few pages back before I asked those questions.

Calku already posted that he's working on a new kitchen which will address this issue... see below:

I'm having the same dilemma. Realistically I would like to stick with a ROM for 6 months and then revisit it if there are any compelling new features. I use my phone for work and it's driving me crazy with all the little bugs that are causing me to miss calls and reset the phone.

I think when Calk releases the new kitchen I'm going to do a bare install and use it for a week to make sure the SYS is ok, then install one app every 3-4 days to weed out anything that might be causing issues. I'll report back with my results.

Are you using a 6.5 or 6.1 kitchen?

I'll give this a try. I was hoping just to change someone in the registry to turn out the backlight during a call.
