Re: [ Dec 17 \ OS 5.2.19974 v3.5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.1, ROMs & Cabs

Battery life on the build I just made with the 20940 sys is kicking arse so far.

I just select " Diamond EzInput 1.5.32646.0", "PCM Keyboard 0.14"
and "XT9 IME 1.5.32645.0"

Yeah, just get rid of the EZ Input.

Here is a more finger friendly PCM keyboard skin and layout for anyone who wants to use it with this rom. I edited the layout and the skin is by some guy over at XDA (I couldn't find his name because their site has been down).

Just unzip and copy to your PCM Keyboard folder then select in input options.

Re: [ Dec 17 \ OS 5.2.19974 v3.5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.1, ROMs & Cabs

Hey Calcu, nice new kitchen.

I'm having one problem I can't seem to figure out though. When I build a new rom and install it, everything works great except one thing for me.

If I install programs, I lose the ability to uninstall them. Nothing shows up in the Remove Programs menu.

I'm using the 20940/20931 sys.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Re: [ Dec 17 \ OS 5.2.19974 v3.5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.1, ROMs & Cabs

I'm pretty happy with the 20940 sys.

Main problem I am having is that I cannot adjust in call volume at all.

Can anyone help give me advice on that one? I am using the older volume control. I used the newer one in the past and had problems with it constantly and randomly changing my settings.

The only way I got volume to work right was to use NO volume control. Whenever I added either volume control, the volume buttons would act as the d-pad. I don't use any manila, so I figured it had something to do with that. I have really wierd "luck" so what works for others is usually opposite for me ... so take it for what it is worth.

Re: [ Dec 17 \ OS 5.2.19974 v3.5 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.1, ROMs & Cabs

Ok guys, i'm still trying to use Calcu's kitchen to build a rom. I repeatedly get stuck at the page pool change screen. It asks for a file name for the rom. I don't know where to get this or what to call it. When I simply close the window to move on, the build os just stops working and goes back to the menu page. help!!!
