You need to check to see if you have OEM Diamond/Diamond 2 comm manager checked. If so you need to check one of the Skins - Comm Manager as well in order for Comm Manager to work properly.

I had the white skins comm manager and the Diamond 2 Comm Manager OEM checked and now I see a white Diamond 2 comm manager with some added interface.

Ahh... ok that's my problem... I assumed the comm manager skins were defunct if you were using the topaz comm manager.

I will fix it... thanks.

*edit* Yes... this did resolve the issue... thanks again.

Did you flash to SHIPPED rom before flashing to your custom rom? Also keep in mind, first boot can sometimes take longer.
