You will probably have to flash back to stock. I had to do it also a bit ago.

problem that i still am having with rc 4.6 is trying to set the timezone using the tp2manila it resets win mobile to bogata time zone tried diff rilphone.dll, no good. i know its still a beta just throwing in my penny thanks for the great rc!

It's actually a problem in the 2330fc3c_manila file but I'm trying to find a fix now for it, so stay tuned

A few things I noticed off the bat with 4.6 TP2 RC.

1) Under the stock tab, just below the curtain area is Y! Finance.
2) When sending a text, the messages are below the send line and are difficult to see which is quite annoying.
3) After pulling up the message in "Rhodium" messaging and replying to a message that way, the previous message doesn't show as "read" until you go back to the SMS tab and sit on the message for a few seconds.
4) The ROM overall is very fast and has great potential, as all of your ROMs do. You don't disappoint.

I've heard that it's actually a WorldClock issue. HTC has a problem with setting DST (Daylight Savings Time). If you go to Start -> Settings -> System -> Clock & Alarms and set your Timezone there, soft reset, it should stay just fine until you go into World Clock again. Mine sets my phone to Saskatchewan Time Zone if I go into World Clock... but stays fine when I change it back in Clock and Alarms.

The other option is to roll back the 1c684cd8_manila file to the HD which removes access to the WorldClock app.

If the file I posted doesn't fix it, then I guess for now I'll see if changing that file fixes it until xbmod and his team find a proper fix. And thanks for the background4allpages, energy had sent it but at least you save me the trouble of making the OEM
