I haven't really seen people complain about not being able to download but if I do, I guess I can do a mirror at Megaupload or 4shared if needed

well...i can get 130kb/sec from rapid, while from myunspace just 8-10kb/sec

Anyway to cook in my own splash screen? I have done some extensive searching and have only come across ways of changing it once the rom is flashed. I would like to know how to cook my own into the rom before flashing. Thanks.

In the SYS folder Redist_dpi_192_resh_480_resv_640, replace the welcomehead.192.png file with your own pic

Also for those 6.5 addicts, here's SYS 21176 but I have not tested it as I just finished setting up my phone after testing to get CFC compressed manilas working and I'm lazy & don't want to flash again right now

just updated my prl and now my data connection wont work. tried resetting twice and no dice. anyone have any idea why it would happen. data was working fine before the update.

edit. this is using v4.5 of the kitchen.

Ok maybe I got ahead of myself. I was assuming that you just replace the ROM and SYS folders from your current Kitchen with the ones in this beta and then go. Is that correct?

was it an automatic update through Sprint or did you manually update? What PRL is it?
