Try deselecting VoIP, works for me.

Damn my luck just ran out I had the hard reset issue last night.....
first the screen allignment ran than everything was fine but then out of nowhere customization ran and once I pluged my phone into the computer it erased all my contacts lol oh well
Guess it's time to run the stock rom then back to 4.3

just make sure to de-select it when you cook your rom in the kitchen, i believe it's in the system section @ the top

Yes. Every time you add or remove an element you re-cook the rom to do so.
