sounds right to me, not sure what could be causing those issues. possibly something wrong w/the manila OEMs? personally i use the juggalo w/clear clock and haven't had any problems

i would suggest DLing the newest kitchen, but i see the link is down @ the moment

I have built four or five roms with 4.2...no problems at all...also set the pp to 20.

I, personally, would recommend first learning what all of the things that you can check and uncheck do so you can decide if you need to check or uncheck any of them. And hang in there, the first few you build will probably screw up... mine did.

Can you tell me what difference you've noticed by setting the pp to 20 as compared to leaving at 6 as it presents? Thanks.

I find that bigger is better, and am currently using 32, although I used 16 for a long time and also every other setting as well, although usually never with the same build.

The differences are actually kind of minor (with the exception of 0), imo, but if you are going to try 20 I say go for it and go all the way to 32.

Re: [ Jan 27 \ OS 5.2.21109 v4.2.1 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.4, ROMs & Cabs

I just noticed something, and was curious - i have always selected the Cyberon Voice Commander 2.5....... from the Applications - System selection in buildos.

I just noticed that there is a voice command in the top System settings that is always unchecked, and i have always left it that way.

Is there a difference between the two? Any reason to have both?

Could be the combination of manila theme + clocks that your trying to select..

try picking a stock theme (ex. telus black w. white flip clock)

and it could possibly be the additional manila mods calkulin has implemented. If he's using older manila files for vodafone, etc etc some of those mods ur picking could be incompatible.

The one at the top is MS Voice Command.
