Re: [12-01-08] Juicy ROM 3.9 [SYS OS 5.2.19972 Build 19972.1.2.7] [UC]
I want to try a Juicy ROM. Never got to because of the whole MS mess. Looking forward to it!

I've used Juicy roms since the first day I bought my diamond, but both guys make awesome roms. Always having the most stable roms in my opinion. Wouldn't hurt you to try Mighty, I did after Juicy stopped cooking and have been using it since.

If you still have the Juicy ROM, why not flash to a Mighty ROM, see if you like it and then flash back if you don't. I am excited about Juicy coming back, not for the competition, but since most of the chefs on here seem to drive each other and help each other so ALL of the ROMs end up better. |

Juicys was awesome then, but IMO is a bit outdated if you compare it to recent ROMs being released. MR 4.6 is supposed to be release soon and its supposed to be then BEST... When Juicy releases hes new rom I believe it will be just as good. In the end I believe its which one you think looks visually better. I personally use MR now, because its has the most user following, which means bugs get reports sooner, and get fixed sooner. |

I would wait to flash Juicy 4.13 or Mighty 4.6 you guys...
but if you are a Sprint user, grooveROM 3 b12 is very good as well. The only downside in truth is the Sprint theme (if you use regular Manila, I use it because I need SSMAPA). It is very fast and stable. For Manila HD it can't be beat. I plan to ride grooveROM until Mighty 4.6 comes out, and maybe cheat on Mighty a little to try out Juicy. juiiiicy.... I'm stuck back on regular verizon touch pro now and I'm trying to get your ROM to work but have horrid amounts of free memory on boot... any recommendations?
I set to 8mb PP disabled phone canvas Still missing about 20mb! I found something strange too.. when I boot up I go in and watch the memory.. it starts at around 57mb but slowly decreases down to 35mb free... your ROM is the only one that does this for some reason.. is there some kind of caching or something that is eating up the extra memory that I can disable? Thanks!
