Question: If I install the Alltel manila on top of this Rom, will it undo any of your registry edits and tweaks or is the effect purely cosmetic.

Its just cosmetic. All it does is replace the Manila files.

Another bug to report: when I start the camera I get a "failed to initialize" error.

It's 3:10am.... YouTube issues sorted. OEM Drivers were corrupted some how, everything is fixed. Expecta release today (Sunday)
