Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090627V (21820.5.0.40) [UC]

Juicy, any chance for an OEM for the keyboard, and a more in-depth description of the cache optimization?

Have you tried using Total Commander or Resco Explorer to copy the new version of this file? The built in File manager wont let you delete or copy over the system files. Hope this helped.

What I did instead was just named the new file "Smarttouch2.dll", didn't work either. I'm pretty much at a loss now.

Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090627V (21820.5.0.40) [UC]

re-flashed the phone to newer release juicy8 rom again. Before that I flashed back to sprint stock 6.1 ROM, igo8 TTS works fine. Then I flashed to the new 6.5 rom, and to my surprise the TTS worked for a while after I flashed it (with 54Mb available storage), but after a couple of programs installed and the available storage reduced the 30MB TTS stopped working again.

Tried to disable touchflo 3d to get some memory back, did not work.

BTW, TTS worked fine in 6.1 ROM previously when I normally have 20MB available storage memory. It might crash from time to time, but generally it was working. I don't understand why in 6.5 even with 30MB storage, it did not work. Or maybe it conflicted with one of my installed programs?

I had:

Resco expolorer
Hi-Cal
Phatenots ofr outlook
Phatpad
Touchpal

Others are built-in the ROM such as facebook, googlemap, opera etc.

Funny, I don't see any of your work floating around anywhere. Here is a thought>>>>>>>>

He said in his TP ROM thread that was keeping EZinput 2.1 exclusive to his rom for now, and will release it at a later date. A bummer, but I'm sure we can wait..

Juicy, seeing how you're just the man for the job, what are the chances you can get your hands on TouchFlo 3D 2.5 and start cooking it into your ROMs?

See here:
http://gizmodo.com/5303219/touchflo-...s-mobile-again

BTW, your quote above is a major reason why I use your ROMs, (that and they're incredibly stable, smooth, and fast). I love getting all the stuff and it works suprisingly well. Elite ROM says they they have the innovative new stuff, but from my expericene the newest and most innovative ROMs are coming out of this and your TP thread!

Thanks again for all of your work!

YO, whyd you get rid of the mini keyboard?

i dont use the huge touch input sips because they take up too much screen space on these 2.8" screens.. thats just me though.
