I am new to this whole thing, and I just flashed my Sprint Diamond with the Juicy 2.6 ROM. The pics show the bars at the top and bottom of the screen being black, similar to the stock Sprint ROM. Mine are turquoise, and my only two options under Settings -> Today -> Appearance, are Windows Default and Windows Mobile Green. Am I missing something?

Is it fair to assume that since the versioning was changed from 3.0 to 2.7, this release will be coming relatively quick (i.e. mainly bugfixes)? Just trying to figure out if I should wait for 2.7 or flash back to 2.5 for the time being... Battery life and Opera issues are my main concerns with 2.6.

has live search been removed from Juicys roms? I cant find it anywhere.
"Windows Live" which is in the programs list is not the same thing right ?
