I could not get RSS to work in 4.4.2. I had a RSS cab so I installed it and this version works fine.

Oh almost forgot the battery charging icon is gone again. I just use the flashing light at the bottom. This was with a clean install and nothing loaded on it. Also, tried a couple of resets.

hey mike, will the black edition cab posted on the tpro forum work with this diamond rom? or should we wait?

The reason i would wait is based on the fact that diamond users rely on their onscreen keyboard, and with the blackkeyboard skin, Merdin requires us to use another version of ezinput.dll which has a glitch. It's the disappearing letter upon bootup glitch.

It will definitely work with you guys,but be forwarned of the consequences. I personally wouldn't care tbh, it only happens when u first bootup ur device.

But yes it will work!

I love the way the black keyboard looks, but it steals the first letter of the first word I type everytime I open a message and start typing to reply to it. If it only did it when I first booted my device up I wouldn't care about it.

Thanks, TPrime. I appreciate the post. As I said earlier, reading words on a screen is completely different from conversing with someone face to face.; its a lot harder to perceive one's intended tonality.

Situations like these makes me value the ppcgeeks community all that much more. People here are always mature and willing to help one another. I apologize for my earlier irrelevant (to the thread) outburst.

I don't get these anymore, I can turn on Screen Taps, but that does it for every single screen tap, I don't want that. I just want the Start menu and other click. I don't want to hear it everytime I tap, really annoying especially when texting.

Anyone?
